How To Book:
Step one: Select, “Book Now” and choose either Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa or Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club for a “resort-only” search. Find available dates between July 22 and December 20, 2026 for stays of four or more nights.
Step two: Select your room and rate, then “add services” to select up to two “Complimentary Tulum Half-Day Tour” excursions per booking.
Step three: Add item to your cart and continue to complete your reservation
Step four: Visit the Amstar desk upon your arrival at the hotel to officially schedule your tour date and time, before enjoying your complimentary excursion!
The Complimentary Tulum Half-Day Tour is valid on new reservations made from July 15, 2026 until August 31, 2026 for travel from July 22, 2026 through December 20, 2026 at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa and Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club. A four-night minimum length of stay is required.
Complimentary offer is limited to two individuals per booking, per stay and is only applicable to resort-only reservations. Offer is also only available when booking on Inclusive Collection by Hyatt branded site and not applicable to reservations made on other sites, including Hyatt.com. The complimentary tour will appear for the duration of the offer, available to be added in the “additional services” section after selecting the room during the booking steps. The free offer must be saved and added during the reservation process and appear on the booking confirmation for guests to be eligible for the complimentary excursion. Up to two free services are available to be selected. Services must be scheduled with the Amstar desk upon arrival at hotel check-in. The excursion service will not be valid until it is officially scheduled at the Amstar desk. It is the responsibility of the traveler to be ready at the scheduled tour time; missing a transfer may result in the guest no longer being eligible. This offer is not applicable to group, corporate or travel agent bookings or promotions. This offer is only available for bookings made in the US and Canadian markets and may not be applicable for all rate codes. Inclusive Collection by Hyatt and all participating resorts release all liability for guests traveling off resort property. Guests should reference full terms & conditions for the excursion prior to traveling. Promotional tours hold no cash or commercial value, are non-transferable and cannot be deducted upon checkout or saved for a later stay. In the event weather prohibits the excursion from taking place, guests should try to re-schedule with Amstar immediately for a different day/time.
