5% Cash Forward Terms & Conditions
The 5% Cash Forward program is valid on all new Hyatt Inclusive Collection Meetings & Incentives bookings made at all Impression by Secrets resorts, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Zilara, Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts and Sunscape Resorts & Spas. Meeting planners who book a group event with Hyatt Inclusive Collection Meetings & Incentives will receive 5% toward a future group event with Hyatt Inclusive Collection Meetings & Incentives.The 5% Cash Forward program is based on total room value in an all-inclusive plan for the contracted year applicable for an event at any property. Personal expenses, incidentals, set-up fees, audiovisual, entertainment, or any other additional program enhancements are not included in the calculation. The contract for the future event must be signed within six months from the original group's departure and event itself must take place within two years of the first event; not required to be a consecutive event. The 5% Cash Forward program is valid on same program of equal or greater value. Should the future program’s applicable revenue fall below the previous program, then the Cash Forward credit will be assessed on the program of lesser value. Program still applicable even if client is represented via a different third party.The 5% Cash Forward program is not an override commission to third parties or a credit to the Master Account. The Cash Forward amount will be applied to the initial payment of the future event. It does not include incidentals, enhancements, or non-room-based revenue. The benefit cannot be split between different events or companies. If client or organization books multiple, separate events, each event may individually generate the 5% credit; however, each credit may only be applied once to a qualifying future event. Multiple credits may not be combined into one, larger credit. Should the event be cancelled, entire value of 5% Cash Forward program is forfeited and cannot be applied to cancellation fees. This offer is not valid on private events or Master Account incidentals. The 5% Cash Forward program does not apply to buyout or social groups. The program is combinable with Diamond Advantages and may be combinable with other non-rebate based promotions or programs. It cannot be combined with other promotions or programs that involve a rebate or monetary credit. Group rates vary based on travel dates. Valid for meeting planners and third-party providers from all markets. Tour operators utilizing Inclusive Collection’s Meeting & Incentives commissionable rate model and pricing structure are eligible.If a group contract is signed without including the 5% Cash Forward clause, receiving resort is not required to offer the benefit. However, resort may choose to issue an addendum to include the credit, provided the request is made prior to the group’s arrival, receiving resort agrees to honor the benefit and assumes full financial responsibility and an addendum is signed prior to the event taking place.Once the group has arrived, benefit cannot be applied retroactively. This includes situations where the final invoice has been issued or commission payments have been processed. Clients are responsible for disclosing their eligibility for the Cash Forward program during the negotiation and sourcing process. Resorts are not obligated to honor the benefit if it was not mentioned or included in the contract at the time of signing.Additional concessions or negotiations are at the resort’s discretion. Contents of this program will not be honored to those groups that fall below minimum requirements. Valid on new bookings only, with a minimum of 10 rooms, for planners who have been qualified by their Regional Sales Director. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. This program is based on availability and can be modified or closed at any time.Applicable to properties located in: Mexico, Aruba, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curacao, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Panama and St. Lucia.
