We had 2wks in Alua Palmanova Bay Hotel for our family holiday. It was our 2nd holiday there, as we enjoyed it so much the 1st time 2 years ago. Absolutely HUGE Credit to the Hotel & amazing Staff who made our holiday incredible yet again. We had 2wks of absolute bliss, the children were addicted to the Kids Club, many thanks Luciana for all your hard work looking after so many children, xx. My husband had his fun aswell in the Adult club with Archery, Rifle shooting and many other activities that allowed me peace to chill by the pool, haha. Again another HUGE thanks to Danny, Silvie & Jacob for such great entertainment both day and night. We will be returning again, hugely family orientated retreat that ticked all our boxes and is absolutely spotless. Many thanks Alua, xxxx

Stayed at the alua palma nova bay hotel with my family twice in the last 8 weeks we booked our second holiday so quickly after OUR FIRST one because we fell in love with this beautifull hotel it's absolutely stunning both sea view and mountains view staff are so friendly hotel is 100% spotless and the food is top notch my family loves this hotel and we intend coming back very soon can not fault the hotel in any way I would highly recommend the hotel to all my friends and family ps see you soon fingers crossed

we have stayed here before and had a fabulous time however the return stay was not as good, the staff were unhelpful the food was cold and not much choice. the room was left dirty when we asked it to be cleaned. the pool was too cold in the shade and small . security was non existent. the entertainment was dreadful no way does the hotel deserve the stars it has. very disappointed.

We stayed at the hotel from the 5th to the 15th of August. Our group consisted of 32 people ranging in age from 5 months to 2736 months and we were there to celebrate my 50th birthday….and it couldn’t have been better. All the staff were pleasant and courteous and always had a smile and a joke. The dinning staff even arranged seating for my 50th meal so that we could all sit together (thank you Syliva). As for the food there was a great variety everyday. Also, an extra special thank you to the entertainment team; Sally, Barbara and Cherry who were just fabulous. Very enthusiastic and always had time for a chat and a laugh. Our concern at time of booking was that pool might be a little small but this was never an issue (unless of course you are an Olympic swimmer looking to do 100 lengths each day!) I should add the views are fab and perhaps a little undersold!! We would definitely come again!! Thank you for a great time and lots of happy memories!!

Me and my partner just stayed in your 4* Palmanova Bay hotel. I thought at first that the place was amazing due to the fantastic views and modern look. Sadly the aircon in our room was broken, took a day for staff to even look at it, asking a man at reception and he was very arrogant, rude and talked down to me and my partner as if we didn't know what we were on about. We went with other family and they didn't have the same problems as what we were having so we knew we were being lied to. The woman at the front desk were lovely but that member of staff let the staff down as I did't feel comfortable enquiring into anything. When it came to the cleaning, the cleaner maybe needs more time per room as i understand there is a lot of rooms but there was several times the beds had been made and nothing else. The floor still dirty. As well as this i dropped my wallet under the bed, when retrieving it was full of dust and all kinds of dirt that had seemingly been there before we arrived.

Just had a lovely 10 day break here. Special mention to the entertainment team, Sally, Cherry and Barbera - who were excellent with all the children and helped to make our holiday extra special for our two girls aged 3 and 5. Their attitude towards the children and all guests in general was first class! Would definitely recommend.

I am very impressed with this hotel and one member of staff at the time when me and my family were there (called Anna)was absolutely amazing and was kind and helpful. over all we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this newly decorated hotel.

We went there on our honeymoon. Our travel agent asked for a room with a view. There was none available. So they upgraded us to a mini-suite, with a view of the pool. The food was very good. Yes, I have had better on an all-inclusive. But paid twice the price for it. It was all well cooked and presented. With a great variety every day. Found on the first day, the easiest way into town. Was to take the lift down to the lower pool/bar. And walk in along the shore. And the same way back. Loaning the towels was also an excellent touch. 10 Euros. Returnable at the end of the holiday. And able to be changed at any time during the day. The sky bar was a lovely way to end each day. We are already thinking about our return. Or, seeing the standard they work too. Perhaps another resort, in the same group. Soon to be – Aloua hotels. Excellent time. Would recommend resort this to anybody, family or couples.

Got back end of October and booked next day to go back next year! Was S/C but AI next time as such good value! Lovely hotel, staff, location and cleanliness. Can't wait!
