In compliance with current regulations, the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands is not included in the price. The amount of the rate for people over 16 is € 3.30 per person per day for 4-star hotels and € 2.20 per person per day for 3-star hotels and 2-key and 3-key apartments. . On our website we consider a baby to be up to 2 years old inclusive. The children's age is from 3 years to 11 years old inclusive, except in the AluaSun Torrenova, Parque San Antonio, which is up to 12 years old inclusive and the AluaVillage Fuerteventura up to and including 14 years.
The Customer Club/ Amigo card is virtual, personal and non-transferrable and can be requested by those over 18 years of age. One card per family is enough if you travel together. The owner of the virtual card and his family will benefit from the advantages.
